what is the best skin lightening cream for black skin? I want all over body lightening cream.Please help?

I like to lightening my skin, but most cream I have tried have not giving me an even skin colour. They either make my skin dry and itchy or leave me with blemish. The one I am using currently is working on my chest and arms but not on my back and neck, and now some part of my body is dark while some are tan(yellow).
Any suggestion is more than welcome.
